For those of you who ordered a TM 09 shirt-they are being delivered this week!!  I hope you like them! 

The big Race Day is fast approaching on Sat Dec 5th.  For those of you who raised 1,000 or more will be getting 2 tickets for the Pasta Party to be picked up at the Expo (dates TBD).  Our team as a whole will be getting at least 16 tickets so far for the Pasta Party as well.  So if you need additional tickets please let me know.  Also, if you are signed up as a hero on Team Madelyn and would like to go to the Pasta Party at the Peabody Hotel the night before the race, please email me at brandi@teammadelyn.com or bpbeamon@yahoo.com.  Please go to the resources page for Pasta Party ticket and Heroes lounge information.  We would like for everyone to wear their TM shirts (if you ordered one) and we will all sit together with our team. 

I also need to mention that St Jude has extended the date as to when they will "pull" results for the top 10.  It will be sometime next week. I talked to ALSAC who says they just "pulled" the top five by Nov 20th so that they could get the plaques engraved.   I am not sure if I just misunderstood or if they changed this from last year.  I am sure I just misunderstood.  However, we are in 10th place (Yeah!)as of now so this just means we are now gonna have to work hard to keep us there!  This can be a good thing for those of you who still have checks or money to turn in!!  So, if you have money for St Jude please be sure to write TeamMadelyn in the memo line on checks and use your Heroes form so that they will be counted for your fundraising efforts!! 

FYI-to make your tax deductible donation to St Jude please be sure to go to www.mystjudeheroes.org/madelyn, click "View my team" and click on any of the Heroes you wish to make a donation in tribute to Maddie!!
